Penguin’s Snowy Playtime

Another gloriously sunny morning at Muddy Feet! We read about Penguin’s Snowy Playtime and then had lots of fun using the woodlands as a playground… we played willow hoopla (although more fun was had uprooting the posts!)

Had fun rolling courgettes, playing with the conker run, having a go at the scavenger hunt and active trail hidden in the woods to keep us warm!

We are starting to make plans for after Xmas. Obviously we are aware that this is the coldest period of the year so we would like to gauge interest in a block of sessions from after Xmas to Feb half term as we need a certain number of people to make it viable. Please let us know your thoughts.

Would you be interested in a weekly/fortnightly session after Xmas (we would have active activities to keep us warm and a campfire!) Or would you like to restart again after Feb half term? We look forward to hearing from you over on Facebook

Campfires and Dragons!

A lovely Muddy Feet Forest School session this morning.

We had our first campfire this term and you were all fab at following the campfire safety instructions!! We cooked popcorn and toasted our marshmallows on the campfire.

We had lots of dragon themed activities too (to thank the fire-breathing dragon for lighting our campfire!). We went on a dragon hunt and made nests for the dragon’s eggs as well as lots of the usual Muddy Feet outdoor fun!
